What we collect

If you use the contact form, we collect your name, the phone number or email address you provide, your optional message, and your affirmative permission to respond. Our web host may keep ordinary security logs such as IP address, browser type, and request time. We use no advertising pixels or cross-site trackers.

How we use it

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not rent mailing lists.

Who may receive it

Kristine Furman, Kenneth Lee Schisler, and service providers that operate the site or communications systems may process information only as needed to help us respond. If you choose financing, information you later provide may be handled through AltDoc Loans under separate loan disclosures.

How long we keep it

We keep an inquiry only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide requested services, meet professional obligations, or resolve a dispute. A permanent do-not-contact request is retained so we can honor it.

Your California privacy choices

You may ask what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us not to contact you. We will verify the request before acting and will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Some information may be retained where law permits or requires it.

The automated guide

The “Talk it through” page is automated. We do not store those conversations — no transcript, no account, no analytics. Each message is processed transiently by our web host, Cloudflare, whose AI service generates the reply. Please don’t include names, addresses, or account numbers in the chat; the guide doesn’t need them.

How to reach us

Call (949) 264-3873. Say “privacy request” or “do not contact.” If you tell us never to contact you again, we will make that permanent.
